II. Presentation by Talmadge French (Early Interracial Oneness Pentecostalism)
 Introduction of himself–roots from the Assembly of God. Now a oneness pastor in Atlanta, GA shared educational background-Oneness researcher at Wheaton College–author "four God Is One: The Story of the Oneness Pentecostals" (1999).
 Discussion of his new book. Early interracial Oneness Pentecostalism–restoring the truth, more than one man’s story.
 Researched FBI files from Haywood and Frazee and others are a part of the book. PAW were under investigation during WWI. FBI also mixed Haywood up with someone else. Discussion by leaders Action Item:

Discussion of possible press release of our 10th meeting on what we are doing as fellowship. (Russell, Norris, Leaman)
Next year invite students to interview leaders for their classes Bishop Larry Jones to draft a statement from the Apostolic Fellowship Summit and send to Jennie Russell to send out to everyone.
Not just on the Brown case....we want to address the issue not take a side.

Discussion of working together:
 Relationships must be intentional. We have more in common than differences. We have discussed worship services. We need to begin at the grass roots....local in the leaders.

 Possible having a coordinator from each group who stays connected

To strengthen interaction and cooperation among Oneness Pentecostals
To facilitate the sharing of resources
To promote study, research, and teaching of the Apostolic message
To work together for common goals
To proclaim the Apostolic faith throughout the world Practicality of why we have this meeting here

 Urshan as an institution was neutral to host
 It has resources and staff Presentation from Bishop Larry Jones on the Ferguson situation
 They were contacted to host a rally
 Currently working with the Justice dept and City manager on making things better. We need to help make change.
 Developing a plan

1. Speak calm to the city

2. UPCI headquarters is close and will do whatever is needed. Scott Graham and local UPCI would be willing to help.

3. Be there to meet the needs of the community.

4. Pray for calm and meet physical needs (blankets, water)

5. Be involved with the government
